Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a saucepan. Add garlic, shallots and ginger. Saute for 30 seconds and add crushed tomatoes, sake, sugar and chile sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove sauce from heat and set aside. When cool, puree in blender until smooth. Reheat to serve.
