Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp grated ginger

Directions:

  1. Saute beans in oil and butter for 5 minutes.
  2. Add water, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain, toss with soy sauce and ginger.
