Ingredients:

  • 4 oz fresh gingerroot, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (approximately or as needed)
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 pinch turmeric (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, combine the garlic, ginger, salt and optional pinch turmeric. Pulse to blend, adding small amounts of olive oil to facilitate the blending, until it makes a smooth paste. Refrigerate or freeze.
