Georgia Sausage W/ Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil sweet potatoes in their skins. Peel and cut into strips lengthwise and put in bottom of casserole.
  2. Brown sausage on both sides in frying pan; place over potatoes and cover with sliced apples.
  3. Mix sausage fat, hot water, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over all.
  4. Bake at 350* for 40 minutes. Keep covered until last 10 minutes.
