Directions:

  1. Mix your pancake batter according to package directions (you may want to make the batter a little thin.
  2. Add Cajun season and cayenne, mix well.
  3. Drop cauliflower into batter 5-6 pieces at a time and deep fry over med. heat until browned. This batter is also great for fried jalapenos and mushrooms too!
