Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 &1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups finely shredded lettuce
  • 2 tbsp finely diced onion
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped celery,(de-string)
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Add the onion and celery to the melted Butter and saute for a short while,Add water,Bring to boiling.
  2. Add Remaining ingredients except cream.
  3. Season with 1/4 teaspoon sea salt and a dash of fresh ground black Pepper.
  4. Cover and simmer till peas are tender.
  5. Don't drain,
  6. Add Cream.
