Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix egg, milk and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients. Heat oil to 375. Fry until golden brown.
  2. I added extra vanilla. Mix was thick, so added a bit of water to thin.
