This is Emerils recipe for funnel cakes.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar, light brown
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Mix egg, milk and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients. Heat oil to 375. Fry until golden brown.
2. I added extra vanilla. Mix was thick, so added a bit of water to thin.
