Fudge Scotch Ring

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 6oz package (1cup) nestle's semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 - 6 oz package (1 cup) nestles butterscotch morsels
  • 1 cup of coursely chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup walnut halves

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate and butterscotch with sweetened condensed milk in double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Stir until morsels melt & mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat. Add chopped walnuts and vanilla. Blend well. Chill for about 1 hour or less, until thickened. Place 3/4 cups of half walnuts in bottom of pan, forming a flat ring.
  2. Spoon mixture in small mounds on top of the nuts to form a ring.
  3. You can use pecans if you prefer
