Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, baking soda, flour and oatmeal.
  2. Press 2/3 of batter into bottom of 9 x13 pan and set remaining batter aside.
  3. Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a saucepan. Pour over the top of batter and sprinkle remaining batter over the top.
  4. Bake 350°F for 18-20 minutes.
  5. It will still look soft until the fudge cools.
