Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients.
  2. Slowly stir in milk and mix until dough forms. Add more flour as necessary to make dough easy to handle.
  3. Knead dough on floured board for a minute or two.
  4. Divide dough and form into balls (if making Indian Tacos, aproximately 5 balls of dough, otherwise make smaller for enjoying with honey, etc)
  5. Pat dough into a flat round with a depression (almost a hole) in the center of both sides.
  6. Fry in oil (approximately 375 degrees) until golden on both sides.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. For Indian tacos, just add your favorite taco toppings, fold and enjoy!
