Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb red cherries
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 8 oz box dates
  • 3-1/2 oz can coconut

Directions:

  1. Cut up pineapple, cherries, nuts and dates then add coconut and mix well.
  2. Add condensed milk and mix thoroughly.
  3. Grease jellyroll pan and line with brown paper then grease paper.
  4. Spread mixture in jellyroll pan then bake at 275 for 1 hour.
  5. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan and remove brown paper.
  7. Let cool for 3 hours before cutting into fingers.
