Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients and press into 16 pixza pan -
  2. Preheat oven to 350* - bake only for 10 -12 minutes -
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar until smooth - add cool whip.
  5. Spread on top of crust.
  6. Put fresh fruit on top -
  7. Put pineapple juice and cornstarch in small saucepan and cook till smooth and thick.
  8. Drizzle over the fruit.and serve.
