Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana

Directions:

  1. Peel banana and clean strawberries.
  2. Puree until until smooth
  3. Spray cookie sheet(s) with non-fat spray
  4. Spread puree to a maximum of 1/4 on sheet(s)
  5. Place in oven at 150 degree (maximum) overnight (8-10 hours)
  6. Remove from sheet(s), roll up, and cut into 6 pieces. You can lightly sprinkle powdered sugar before rolling.
