Ingredients:

  • 1 box sure-gel pectin
  • 1 quart sugar

Directions:

  1. Heat and stir until sure-gel dissolves.
  2. Add sugar (1 cup more for extra firm).
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Turn heat to low and let cook about 20 minutes.
  5. Skim and pour into sterilized jars.
