Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg and almond extract, mix well. In separate bowl sift flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Add to cream mixture and mix well. Stir in chex crumbs and cherries.
  2. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
