Frosted Maple Spice Drops

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. Combine brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
  3. Add egg, milk and 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring; continue beating until well mixed.
  4. Reduce speed to low; add all remaining cookie ingredients. Beat until well mixed.
  5. Drop dough by level teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
  6. Transfer to wire rack. Cool completely.
  7. Combine cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter in small bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy.
  8. Reduce speed to low; add all remaining frosting ingredients except pecans. Continue beating until smooth and creamy.
  9. Spread 1 teaspoon frosting on each cookie; top with pecan half.
