Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of cut okra
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Drizzle buttermilk over cut okra.
  2. Place dry pancake mix in a batter bowl and shake until coated well.
  3. Fry about 1 tablespoon at the time and fry until golden brown.
  4. Salt to taste.
