  1. Slice the chilled cheese and dip the slices first in flour then in the beaten egg mixture, then back in the flour again
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet until it begins to smoke then slide the cheese slices into the pan and cook them on both side until lightly golden brown...
  3. Rub the inside of a bowl with the garlic and mix together the onion, olive oil, wine vinegar-tabasco sauce-and mint
  4. Spoon the mixture onto the individual plates and place the cheese slices on top
  5. Makes 4 servings
