Ingredients:

  • 4 ear fresh corn cut kernels off cob. scrape cob to get milk . mix milk and kernels.
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1-2 tsp seasoned salt

Directions:

  1. Heat Butter in a heavy frying pan. When Butter sizzles, add corn/milk. Add salt and pepper. Stir often until corn is lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
