Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add fresh corn kernels, and sauté 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Stir in sugar and salt and freshly ground pepper.
