Directions:

  1. Wash and dry turnips. Cut off ends and leave unpeeled.
  2. Grate turnips. A julienne hand grater or food processor are ideal.
  3. Place in medium bowl.
  4. Combine rest of ingredients.
  5. Mix into turnips.
  6. Chill well.
