Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute scallions and garlic in olive oil until soft
  2. De-glaze pan with wine
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until almost soft but still retaining shape
  4. Add artichokes and oregano; heat gently
  5. Serve over pasta
