7-8 campari or other small sweet tomatoes thinly sliced
1-2 jar(s) artichokes chopped
2-3 clove(s) garlic minced
5 scallions sliced thinly
1 tablespoon(s) oregano,or to taste
1/4 cup(s) white wine
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 box(es) spaghetti cooked
Directions:
1. Saute scallions and garlic in olive oil until soft 2. De-glaze pan with wine 3. Add tomatoes and cook until almost soft but still retaining shape 4. Add artichokes and oregano; heat gently 5. Serve over pasta
