Fresh Apple Souffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp lemon , zest of
  • 1 tbsp jam
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 45 g butter
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Beat eggs and add sugar.
  3. Then gradually whisk in mixture.
  4. Bake in a water bath at 350º for 20 to 25 min until puffed up.
  5. Serve with apples.
