Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Stir in alternately with 1/2 C milk.
  2. Fill greased muffin cups 2/5 full.
  3. Bake until golden brown. 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Roll immediately in mixture of 1/2 C sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon
