Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups low-fat milk (2%)
  • 1 tbsp dry pectin (this is a natural thickener found in the supermarket near the canning supplies, but can be excluded)

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a pitcher or covered container.
  2. Stir or shake until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Chill and serve cold.
  4. To make the mocha variety, add a pinch of cocoa powder to the mixture before combining.
