Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
  2. Using hands, press pizza dough out onto pan; form a 1/2 inch rim.
  3. Bake at 425° for 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Evenly sprinkle parmesan cheese and basil over the partially baked crust.
  5. Sprinkle provolone, cheddar and monterey jack cheese on top of pizza.
  6. Drop pizza sauce by spoonfuls over cheese.
  7. Bake at 425°for 12-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
