Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine, softened
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups confectioners' sugar ( icing)
  • 2 tbsp half-and-half cream or 2 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, with mixer at low speed, combine Fluff, peanut butter and butter until blended.
  2. Increase speed to medium; beat in icing sugar alternately with milk, adding just enough milk to make frosting spreadable; beat in vanilla.
  3. (Makes enough to fill and frost two 8 OR 9 layers).
