Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the vinegar, garlic (if using), and ginger in a blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour through a sieve or strainer and press with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
  3. Throw away the pulp.
  4. Whisk in the wasabi, cayenne, and honey.
  5. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
  6. Serve 2 tablespoons at a time on an empty stomach.
  7. Add to 1 cup hot water for a warming tonic.
