  1. Cut 3 Kirby cucumbers into 1/2-inch-thick slices and 2 limes into 6 wedges; muddle in a bowl to release flavors. Stir in gin and tonic concentrate; let stand 30 minutes. Press through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a large container, using back of a spoon. Discard solids. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours. Cut 1 Kirby cucumber and 1 lime into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Fill a large pitcher with ice cubes; add cucumber and lime slices. Stir in gin mixture and chilled club soda.
