Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of pasta sauce ( tomato and basil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 8 oz fishstock
  • 2 zucchines sliced in 1/2'' pieces
  • 1 fennel pump trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1 lb cod fish , haddock or equivalent cut into 1'' pieces
  • hadful of fresh basis leaves
  • 5 tbsp lowfat freme fraiche

Directions:

  1. In a cookin pot,put pasta sauce,fish stock and wine. bring to boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. add the zucchinis and the fennel and cook for further 4 monutes.add the basil leaves. lower temperature and add the fish and cook for 3 minutes. do not stir too much otheriwse fish will disintegrate. mix the chilli with the creme fraiche and season.
  2. Ladle soup in nice deep dishes. put a dollop of the creme fresh mix
  3. Have some good crusty bread on hand to dunk if necessary
