Ingredients:

  • you may use eggs from fish such as:crappies bullheads,perch,striped bass catfish ,bluegills,ect
  • remove the eggs from the fish and cut the egg sack so that the eggs can be squeezed out of it.squeeze the eggs into a pot of boiling water and boil them for about six minutes.pour eggs thought a strainer
  • place the eggs in a large bowl
  • add equal amount of cottage cheese as the fish eggs
  • add 1 tsp mustard for every cup of fish eggs
  • mix all well until smooth and creamy
  • spread heavily on buttered bread
