  8. Sour cream.
  9. Lemon juice and zest.
  10. Cheeses.
  11. Low heat .stir constantly.
  12. Lastly.
  13. Add grilled shrimp.
  14. Serve over pasta with juillienned fresh basil.
  15. Optional: mushrooms and artichoke hearts.
