Ingredients:

  • 1 lb feta
  • 1/3 cup honey

Directions:

  1. With a mortar and pestle or the bottom of a heavy skillet coarsely crack peppercorns.
  2. Pat feta dry and put on a platter. In a measuring cup stir together pepper and honey and pour over feta.
