  1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin pan or kuse paper liners. Mix sugar, oil, eggs. Add pumpkin & water. In SEPARATE bowl mix together the baking flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, & salt. Add wet mixture & stir in chocolate chips. Bake 20 minutes.
