Directions:

  1. Put tomatoes, onion, garlic, mint and celery in microwave bowl with 2 cups of water.
  2. Microwave for 7 minutes.
  3. Cool and blend the same.
  4. Adjust the consistency to your preference here.
  5. Now add butter, salt and pepper powder.
  6. Microwave for 5 more minutes.
  7. Slurrrrrrrrrrrp!
