Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a frying pan saute vegetables until lightly browned (onions, celery, mushrooms and garlic until they are soft).
  2. Add grated carrot.
  3. When the vegetables are cooked, remove from pan.
  4. Beat the eggs.
  5. Place approximately 3 cups of Matza Farfel in large bowl, wet with boiled water until it is soft.
  6. Allow to soak for approximately 5 minutes.
  7. Drain in colander.
  8. Mix eggs, Farfel and vegetables together.
  9. Add salt and pepper for taste.
  10. Bake in a greased Pyrex dish at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
