Fake-Fried Chicken and Onion Rings

Ingredients:

  1. Fill a shallow, flat bowl with the egg beaters.
  2. Mix the dry spices into the egg mix.
  3. In a food processor, chop up the french's onions and the fiber one cereal, pour into seperate bowl and put next to the egg bowl.
  4. Cut all fat off the chicken breasts and skins. Cleanse the chicken under tap water.
  5. Cut the onions up like you are cutting onion rings.
  6. Dip the chicken and onion rings, one-at-a-time, into the egg mix and then the dry mix, three times each. Give time for it to drip before placing in the dry mix, however.
  7. Place the chickens on the smoker and cook until clear, about 25-30 minutes depending upon heat.
  8. Place the onions rings on foil OVER fire for 10-15 minutes, or until crunchy.
