Ingredients:

  • 1 cup self raising flour , sifted
  • 1/2 cup cocoa pwd , sifted
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup groundnut oil
  • 1/2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • left over cheese frosting from passion of petals cake

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven at 180 deg C .
  2. In a bowl , whisk the eggs and sugar with a spoon .
  3. Add the dry ings in .
  4. Mix well .
  5. Add the oil and mix to combine .
  6. Pour in a grease pan .
  7. Spread the cheese mixture on top .
  8. Sprinkle the chocolate chips .
  9. Bake for 40 mins .
  10. Cool for 30 mins .
  11. Cut into pieces .
