Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook beans in boilng water
  2. Drain and coarse chop
  3. Saute the onions then garlic in some oil
  4. Mix in the green beans along with the cooked carrots
  5. Stir in berbere ( see my separate post for this spice blend ) and salt to taste.
  6. Note: I added some leftover cooked broccoli
