Ingredients:

  • 1 large portabello mushroom , destalked
  • 1 slice of black pudding (the scotts make the best in my opinion try find a scottish butcher)
  • 2 rashers of lean english back bacon
  • a blob of either tomato or brown sauce

Directions:

  1. Saute the mushroom until tender
  2. Grill or fry black pudding until cooked through (do not over cook or else it goes dry)
  3. Grill or fry bacon until only the egdes are crispy
  4. Gently fry the egg, sunny side up.
  5. Prepare a warm plate and Stack ingrdiants in this order:
  6. Mushroom 1st
  7. Bacon rashers 2nd
  8. Black pudding 3rd
  9. Egg on top
  10. Sauce at the side
  11. Wash down with a cup of english breakfast tea.
  12. ENJOY
