Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together the lime juice and honey in a large bowl, then toss in the apple slices.
  2. Stir in the melon, kiwi and star fruit. Place in a glass serving dish and chill in the fridge before serving.
  3. Serve garnished with mint.
