Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups coffee (2 tsp. instant plus 2 cups boiling water mixed)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Place all dry ingredients in the mixer.
  2. Turn mixer on low and slowly add the wet ingredients 1 at a time.
  3. Pour into 2 greased round pans or 2 square pans.
  4. Bake 350 for 45minutes-1 hour.
  5. Freezes well.
  6. Hint: line the pans with baking paper for easy clean up.
