Ellie's Herbed Grilled Zucchini Slices

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 -2 medium zucchini, halved and cut lengthwise into 4 slices

Directions:

  1. Mix all into a ziplock bag and maninate 2 hours (less or more).
  2. Grill 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. Enjoy.
