Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly grease 9x2 pan
  2. Heat sugar, butter, milk and marshmallow creme in heavy 3 qt saucepan over medium heat until mixture boils.
  3. Stir mixture and boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Add chocolate and vanilla extract.
  5. Stirring until chips are melted and stir in walnuts
  6. Immediately spread into prepared pan.
  7. Refridgerate overnight
  8. Cut into 1 in squares and store in tight container in fridg
  9. For creamier fudge, let stand 1 hour at room temperature before serving.
  10. Makes 4 lbs.
