Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium sized pot, combine the stock with the garlic, raw vegetables and cut up turkey pieces
  2. Add the vanilla, Worcestershire, oregano, mustard, salt and pepper
  3. Cook until veggies are tender
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Thicken the juices remaining with rice flour
  6. Arrange 6 layers of Phyllo pastry sheets, with melted butter between sheets.
  7. Fold edges up, securing with melted butter
  8. Bake the bottom crust at 350*F for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven.
  10. Fill with the warm vegetables
  11. Make a lattice top with strips of Phyllo pastry, coated with melted butter.
  12. Bake at 350*F for 20 to 25 minutes.
  13. Enjoy!
  14. NOTE:
  15. The addition of the vanilla heightens the flavor of the finished dish.
