Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients.
  2. In another bowl combine egg, eggnog and oil.
  3. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  4. Fold in raisins and pecans.
  5. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
  6. Bake at 350 degree for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to a wire rack.
