Ingredients:

  • 1-181/2 oz spice cake mix
  • 1-4 serving box insatant vanila or cheesecake pudding and piefilling mix
  • 1 cup vanilla yoogurt-non fat
  • 1/4 cup cannoli oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup toasted pecans choped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees Coat a non-stick bundt pan with cooking spray. combind xake mix pudding mix,yogurt ,oil, eggnog and eggs whites in large bowl mix untill creamy
  2. Stir in pecans pour into prepared pan Bake 4-45 minutes cool on wire rack dust with powdered sugar
