Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Separate the eggs. Mix the whites with vanilla and almond extract, and beat into stiff peaks. Mix the yolks with half the sugar. Mix the cream with remaining sugar, and beat into stiff peaks.
  2. Carefully fold the yolks into the whites. Fold the cream into the egg mixture.
  3. To make each serving, fold 2 ounces spirit into 1/10 of the mixture. Pour over a few ice cubes in a cocktail glass. Garnish with nutmeg and cinnamon.
